2. Second Freedom: The right to make a technical stop in a foreign country for non-traffic purposes (e.g., refueling) while en route to another country.
3. Third Freedom: The right to carry passengers or cargo from one's own country to another.
4. Fourth Freedom: The right to carry passengers or cargo from another country back to one's own country.
5. Fifth Freedom: The right to carry passengers or cargo from one's own country to a second country, with a stop in a third country to pick up or discharge passengers or cargo.
6. Sixth Freedom: The right to carry passengers or cargo between two foreign countries on a flight originating or ending in one's own country.
7. Seventh Freedom: The right to operate flights between two foreign countries without continuing service to one's own country.
